Orders and delivery

What are the delivery charges?
€9.99 for any order under €200; delivery is free for orders of €200 or more.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland France, including Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

What are the delivery times?
Your order is prepared within one working day. Then allow 24 to 48 hours in mainland France (including Corsica) and 24 hours to 4 working days to the other countries we deliver to (DPD or GLS parcels). Bulky items shipped on a pallet (GEODIS) are delivered in France only, within 24 to 48 hours. More details on our Shipping and returns page.

Returns

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. See our Shipping and returns page.

How do I choose the size of my life jacket or wetsuit?
Each product page in our life jackets and wetsuits ranges includes a size guide. If in doubt, our customer service team can advise you via the contact form.

My paddle board has a puncture, what should I do?
Contact our customer service team via the contact form, quoting your order number and attaching photos of the damaged area: we will tell you the right solution.
