- Orders under €200: €9.99 delivery charge.
- Orders of €200 or more: free delivery.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within one working day.
- Parcels: delivered by DPD or GLS, within 24 to 48 hours in mainland France (including Corsica) and within 24 hours to 4 working days to the other countries we deliver to.
- Bulky items shipped on a pallet: delivered by GEODIS, in France only, within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery times are expressed in working days and run from dispatch. French overseas departments and territories are not served.
Order tracking
An e-mail with your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.
On delivery
Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the courier if possible. If the parcel is damaged or a product is missing, record precise reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. The full conditions are set out in Article 7 of our terms and conditions of sale.
How to return a product
- Notify us of your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract here” button or via our contact form, quoting your order number.
- Send the product back complete, with its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging, within 14 days of your request, to: SAS DSD France, 4 rue du Pré Malenpogne, 44740 Batz-sur-Mer, France.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
A new, unused product is refunded in full. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it (for example, a paddle board taken on the water), the refund may be reduced to reflect its loss in value.
Refund
We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method as for the order. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof of its dispatch, before refunding.
Defective or non-conforming product
Your products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the defect.
