Measure your head circumference with a tape measure, about 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one and adjust with the dial. The helmet should feel secure without squeezing: with the chin strap fastened, it should not move when you shake your head.
Care
Rinse the helmet with fresh water after each session, especially in salt water, and let it dry in the shade. Replace it after a heavy impact, even if there is no visible damage.
