Where to hang it
Put the shackle around a fixed point on your vehicle: roof bars, tow bar, towing eye or door handle. It also hangs on a gate or fence, for example to leave a key for a friend or a guest. Choose a discreet spot, and always check that the lock is closed and the code scrambled before you leave.
Care
After use by the sea, rinse the box with fresh water to remove salt and sand, then let it dry. Turn the code dials now and then to keep them moving freely.
