Measure the chest at its widest point, just behind the front legs, and the neck at its base. If your dog is between two sizes, go by the chest girth first. When properly adjusted, the jacket doesn’t move and you can slide two fingers under the straps.

How to use
Get your dog used to its jacket on land before the first outing, then in calm water where it can touch the bottom. The jacket is a buoyancy aid: it does not replace your supervision, so never leave your dog unattended in the water.
Care
Rinse the jacket with fresh water after each use, especially at sea, and let it dry in the shade. Do not machine wash.

Which size should I choose?
Start with your dog’s weight, then check its chest and neck girth in the size guide. If in doubt between two sizes, the chest girth takes priority.
My dog swims well, does it need one?
Even a good swimmer can tire, be caught by the current or fall in far from the shore. The jacket helps it float and its handle lets you get it back quickly.
How can I help it back on board?
