What is the orange flag for?
It is raised when the rider is in the water, to signal them to other boats. Its use is mandatory or recommended depending on the country.

What is the quick release for?
It lets you quickly detach the rope from the boat if needed.

Should I wear a helmet?
It isn’t compulsory, but it is recommended: falls at speed can be hard. The HANA helmet, with its removable ear protection, protects your head and eardrums.
